Certainly. You will receive a Tax Invoice that you can show to your landlord or the agent as an evidence of a professional clean.
The short answer is 'No'. You can leave after letting the cleaners in or you can even leave the keys and let us know. We will clean the property, send you the pictures, lock the property and replace the keys as per your instructions.
